Incorrect Order: If we made an error please notify us through email at within one week of receiving your order and attach a photo of the item.  As soon as we receive the photo and know what we need to correct we will send out a replacement item as soon as possible via first class mail. Please do not text or send Facebook messages.  Only an email will work.

Exchanges: Only non-personalized items can be exchanged (any difference in price and shipping costs will be billed through Paypal).  Items to be exchanged must be received within 30 days from the order date in an unworn and unused condition and must be sent back in a padded shipping envelope or box.  If items are returned in a regular letter envelope they will be crushed by the post office sorting machines and will not be accepted as a return.

Hand Stamped Jewelry:  Hand stamped jewelry is unique in that every letter is individually stamped by hand with metal alphabet tools.  The stamping will not always be perfectly straight or lined up, which is the nature and beauty of the style.

Payments:  We accept credit cards and Paypal.  Some transactions will appear as "Braintree" on your credit card statement.  Braintree is owned by Paypal and processes certain types of transactions.  We cannot accept credit cards over the phone.  Our credit card system is very secure and does not allow us to view any of your credit card information or add charges to your order.  If you need to add something to your order please email us and we will email you a Paypal invoice for the difference.

Gift Certificates:  We offer email gift certificates (that will be emailed to the recipient as soon as you place the order).  We also offer printed gift certificates that will be mailed to the recipient in 1 to 3 days after you place an order.  Gift certificates expire one year from the purchase date and cannot be renewed.  They must be used all at once. 

Photos:  So that we can ship your order out as fast as possible we cannot take pictures of the finished item(s).

Shipping:  Please see our shipping section for current shipping times and charges.  We constantly update this page during busy times of the year.  We ALWAYS try to ship orders as fast as possible.

Order Status & Tracking:  You can track your order through the link in the order confirmation that was emailed to you after you placed your order.  If the status says "awaiting fulfillment" it means that we are currently working on your order and will ship it soon.

Privacy:  We highly respect your privacy.  We do not sell or give out any customer information.   

Rush Orders:  All orders are completed in the order they are received.  We do not offer a rush service, but we process every order as fast as possible and always strive to beat quoted shipping times.  

Special Order Requests  All of our designs are on our website and all available options are listed under each item.  If you would like something other than what is shown on the website please email us at and we can work on a quote.  Special order requests may take 2 to 4 weeks to design and make if we need to order special supplies and/or tools to complete the design.

Returns and Repairs:  All returns must have prior approval before anything is sent back to us. Once you receive approval please ship the item back in a thickly padded shipping envelope or a box.  DO NOT ship anything back in a regular envelope.  It will be crushed or destroyed in the post office sorting machines and we will not be able to repair or replace the item.
