PROOFS - ORDER BY 12-5-17.  If you need a proof for a handwriting, footprint, hand print, paw print, or artwork item the order MUST be placed no later than 12-5-17.  If you request a proof on orders placed after 12-5-17 the order WILL NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.



USA Shipping Rates & Time:  

Three Weeks = $2.99 & up (made & delivered in three weeks)

Two Weeks = $7.99 & up (made & delivered in two weeks)

One Week (RUSH) = $34.99 (made & delivered in one week)

Add one week to the above shipping times if you require a proof/layout of your order before we engrave it.  If you upload in images that are not dark black on a pure white background they will have to be sent out for editing and it will take longer to process your order. 


International Shipping Rates:

First Class = $13.99 



If you have any problems with packages not being delivered please notify us through email (please include your order number).  We need an email from you stating that you did not receive your order so that we can attach it to a post office claim. Any loses by the post office will be researched and a claim will be filed.  

PLEASE READ: The earliest a claim can be filed is 15 days from the shipping date and the latest is 60 days from the ship date.  Once a claim is paid we will immediately replace your order.  

Business Days:  Our workshop is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday (est).  

Order Status: To check the status of your order please login into your account.  If your order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment" it means that we are working on your order.  When an order is shipped the status will change to "shipped" and you will receive an email with a tracking number (these emails sometimes go into spam).  After the post office scans in your package (it may take up to one day) you can track your package on www.usps.com
