TURNAROUND TIME:  It takes 1 to 5 business days to hand make your order (plus shipping time)

USA Shipping Rates & Time:  

FIRST CLASS = Starting at $2.75 (4 to 7 days shipping time)*

PRIORITY = Starting at $6.75 (3 to 5 days shipping time)*

*Add one week if you require a proof/layout of your order before we engrave it.


International Shipping Rates:

Australia-First Class = $13.95

Canada-First Class = $10.95




If you have any problems with packages not being delivered please notify us through email (please include your order number).  We need an email from you stating that you did not receive your order so that we can attach it to a post office claim. Any loses by the post office will be researched and a claim will be filed.  

PLEASE READ: The earliest a claim can be filed is 15 days from the shipping date and the latest is 60 days from the ship date.  Once a claim is paid we will immediately replace your order. 


Please note: If your tracking number status shows "Departed from Grand Junction" and "In transit to destination" for more than 3 or 4 days it means that your local post office either lost the package or has not checked it in.  Before asking us to file a claim please check with your post office and ask them to look for the package.  If they can't find it or they delivered it to the wrong address we will file a claim.



Handwriting, Footprints, Hand Prints, Paw Prints & Child's Artwork:  For any item that requires you to send in an image (handwriting jewelry, etc.), the quoted shipping times assume that an image was uploaded with the order and that the image meets the requirements (dark black image on a pure white background, NO color, lines or markings in the background).  If the image contains more handwriting than will fit on a particular item, or the image does not meet the requirements the order will take longer to process and our quoted turn around times and shipping times do not apply.  

Business Days:  Our workshop is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday (Mountain Time)

Order Status: To check the status of your order please login into your account.  If your order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment" it means that we are working on your order.  When an order is shipped the status will change to "shipped" and you will receive an email with a tracking number (these emails sometimes go into spam).  After the post office scans in your package (it may take up to one day) you can track your package on www.usps.com
